Your auto-enrolment duties, handled

Every UK employer has to assess their staff for automatic enrolment into a workplace pension, enrol those who qualify, pay contributions on time and re-enrol staff every three years. The Pensions Regulator can issue fines when this goes wrong. Our pension administration service takes care of it all as part of your payroll.

  • Assessment of every worker at every pay run
  • Statutory enrolment, postponement and opt-out letters
  • Employer and employee contribution calculations, including salary sacrifice
  • Contribution submissions to your pension provider
  • Opt-ins, opt-outs and refunds processed correctly
  • Re-enrolment and re-declaration of compliance every three years
  • Liaising with your pension provider on your behalf

Just you as a director?

One-director companies usually don't have auto-enrolment duties, but you still need to tell The Pensions Regulator. That help is free on our director-only plan.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which pension providers do you work with?

We work with the workplace pension schemes UK employers commonly use. If you already have a scheme we'll keep it; if not, we can talk you through setting one up.

What happens at re-enrolment?

Every three years you must re-enrol eligible staff who have opted out and re-declare compliance with The Pensions Regulator. We track your date and handle it.

Can you fix a pension mess left by our old provider?

Often, yes. We'll review your assessments and contributions as part of onboarding and flag anything that needs correcting.
