Who we are
Buffalo Payroll Ltd is an independent, cloud-based payroll bureau based in Manchester. We run payroll for small and growing employers and for accountancy practices across the UK, and we do it with a level of care you rarely get from the big national providers.
We're a small team on purpose. You'll deal with the same people every month, people who know your business, your staff and your quirks, rather than a different call-centre agent every time.
Our founder
Buffalo Payroll was founded by Becky Cooper, who holds the CIPP Foundation Degree in Payroll Management from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals. Becky set up Buffalo to give small businesses and accountants a payroll service that is properly accurate, genuinely friendly and refreshingly simple to deal with.
What we believe
- Accuracy first. Every payroll is checked before it's finalised.
- Straight talking. Clear pricing, clear summaries, no jargon.
- Partnership. Think of us as an extension of your team.
- Staying ahead. We follow every HMRC and pensions change so you don't have to.
