We'll call to understand your business, who you pay and how often, any pension or CIS needs, and confirm your price.
We email your proposal and letter of engagement. Review them and e-sign online from your phone or computer, with no printing or scanning.
We need to confirm who we're working with before we start, so you'll get a secure link to complete a quick online ID check.
One secure online form for your business details, HMRC PAYE and Accounts Office references, pay dates, pension and employee details. Limited companies can fill in company details from Companies House in one click. It saves as you go, so you can come back to it.
Set up the Direct Debit for our fees with your business bank sort code and account number. You'll always get notice of each amount before it's collected.
We get authorised as your payroll agent with HMRC, set up your company and employees in our payroll software, import year-to-date figures if you're switching, and agree your first pay date.
You get your login to our client portal for sending pay changes and approving payroll, and your employees get online payslips. Then we run your first payroll.

Common Questions
No. Signing up online just tells us about your business so we can call you and prepare your proposal. You only commit when you e-sign your letter of engagement, and our fees are collected monthly by Direct Debit once you're set up.
Yes. All clients are on a 12-month agreement, which lets us keep our pricing competitive and plan your payroll properly. It's all set out in the letter of engagement you sign online.
Onboarding typically takes days, not months. Most of the waiting is on HMRC agent authorisation and collecting employee details, which is why we ask for everything in one online form.
Yes. We import each employee's year-to-date figures so tax, National Insurance and pension calculations carry on correctly and P60s are right at year-end.
Yes. Choose "I'm an accountant, multiple clients" on the form and we'll talk you through our partner service and trade rates.
